Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Azur Ritual. This policy explains where we ship, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to accept orders with shipping addresses outside the U.S. at this time.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Times
Once shipped, most orders arrive in around 5 business days. This is an average estimate, not a guarantee, and actual delivery times depend on your location and the carrier.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over $60 USD.
- For orders under $60, standard shipping is typically around $5 USD. The exact cost is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number. If you can't find this email (please check your spam or promotions folder), contact us and we'll send your tracking details again.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer than expected due to carrier delays, severe weather, high seasonal volume, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is taking noticeably longer than expected, please reach out and we'll help. For packages that appear to be lost, please see our Return & Refund Policy.
